Lecturing
Alexandre Vassiliev tours the principal
art colleges of the world as a guest lecturer in the history of fashion
and stage design. He has taught at Columbia University of New York, the Royal College of Art and the
Riverside Studios in London, deMonfort University in Leicester, Ravensbourne College of Art, Glasgow School of Art,
Royal Academi in Antwerpe, La Cambre in Brussels, Arts and Crafts School in Denmark, National School
of Applied Art, Esmod, Creapole, Cinematheque of Chaillot Palace in Paris, the National School
of Arts and Crafts in Reykjavik, Moscow Art Theatre Studio, Fine Arts Institute in St. Petersburg,
the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts and Polytechnic, the Duoc Foundation, the
Pacific University of Santiago and Valparaiso University in Chile, Brazillian Center in La Paz
and Mode Gakuen in Japan.
Alexandre is currently the Liberal Arts
Studies Supervisor of the Theory and Management of Fashion at
Moscow Lomonosov University.
